EAT CLEAN
A healthy and clean diet needs to be on top of your priorities list if you want beautifully youthful skin, no caffeine, alcohol, sugar, and no processed foods. But there are plenty of things you can have.e.g.- dark choc instead of sugary dessert.
ANTIOXIDANT RICH BEVERAGES
In order to ensure skin enhancement have a full glass of freshly prepared fruit or vegetable juice twice a day.Include carrots (rich in vitamin A), mint leaves,coriander,tomatoes (rich in lycopene),parsley, spinach(rich in vitamin b12,chlorophyll,folic acid) or any vegetable available to you in refrigerator They all come with great nutritional benefits.
HIBERNATE!
Leave some preparations and planning to your near and dear ones. Getting a sound sleep of 6-8 hours would keep you and your skin fresh, relieve your stress and prevent loss of energy and metabolism.
WATER UP!
10-12 glass of water atleast per day. Water maintains moisture in the body, naturally suppresses the appetite and helps the body metabolize stored fat. An increase in water intake reduces fat deposits and vice versa. Water is the best thing for beautifully dewy soft skin as it helps the body flush out toxins, hormones and bi-products.
EXERCISE TWOGETHER!
Isn’t it a good idea to bond over exercise? Knowing each other’s likes and dislikes regarding physical activity can be a fun and productive thing to indulge in.
Get your heart rate up and break into sweat for that healthy glow.Keep in mind to enrol yourself into a variety of exercises. Exercise not only tightens the skin, but creates muscle tone and stimulates mood enhancers which make us feel good.

What to do when on the move?
All that excessive shopping can make you want to grab the cheese toast or vada pav.I’m sure you wouldn’t want to put all that effort in vain.
Plan ahead keep a backup snack on hand.
Storing some healthy easy to carry food in your car, purse, and desk drawer can help satisfy your cravings and prevent you from going overboard on all the wrong foods. This is a good idea when you're hungry at work and cookies sound tempting, or when you're out all day and see the glowing fast food signs beckoning you, you can carry protein rich snacks like roasted chana/ soya bean or buttermilk or fruits, handful of nuts. This not only curbs your hunger but also nourishes you in better way.
Candle light dates can be more interesting and happening too, if you are picky about your food too , common, lets know what are the options you an choose while dinning out.
Dining Out
§ Always order for freshly cut salad or clear soup for starters: return the bread basket, papad, chips and peanuts if served along with them.
§ Fresh lime soda-salted s good option as a drink.
§ Make sure you do not skip the protein group while ordering your meal.
§ Refrain yourself from ordering dessert,and if somebody has ordered it, you cannot take more than 1 teaspoon from it but just to taste.
§ You can also opt for a fruit platter to fulfill your sweet craving.
§ Make simple choices and make a difference without interrupting your social outing and meeting with friends and family.
