Thick tomato soup with veggies
and beans.

INGREDIENTS:
- · 1 cup baked beans
- · ¾ cup cooked pasta (macaroni) / 1/3 cup uncooked pasta
- · 1 small onion(chopped)
- · 3 large tomatoes
- · ¼ cup carrots (finely chopped)
- · 1 medium bell pepper (red/green) (finely chopped)
- · 1 tbsp olive oil
- · ¼ tsp pepper
- · 1 ½ tsp red chili flakes
- · 1 tsp dried basil
- · 1 tsp dried oregano
- · 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
- · 1 tsp garlic (grated)
- · Salt to taste
METHOD:
1.
Boil the pasta and keep aside.

Wash the tomatoes well grind in a liquidizer. Keep
aside.
3.
Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the garlic in it .Add
the onions and carrots and sauté for about 5 minutes.
4.
Now put the capsicum along with a little salt and
sauté again for about 3 minutes on a medium flame.
5.
Add the baked beans. Cook for about 5 minutes.
6.
Finally add the pasta, ketchup, oregano, basil, chili
flakes and pepper.
7.
Cook it for 3-4 minutes and serve hot
